We are always looking for those little touches that turn a wedding into an experience and Grind Coffee & Bistro understood the assignment.

Imagine your guests arriving for your ceremony, grabbing a handcrafted coffee, and mingling while they wait for you to walk down the aisle. 💍

Or… ceremony is over, you’re off taking those gorgeous golden-hour photos, and your guests head into cocktail hour with a fresh latte in hand.

Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Kohen. 🤍

This. This is why we do what we do.

We spend so much time talking about flowers and tables and dresses and all the beautiful details that go into planning a wedding. But then the day finally comes and suddenly, none of those things are the most important part anymore.

It’s this moment.

It’s walking down the aisle toward your person. It’s your favorite people standing beside you. It’s the nerves, the happy tears, the laughter, the hugs…and finally getting to say, we’re married.

The Kohens filled the Factory with so much love and personality, and we absolutely loved getting to be a small part of their story.

To the new Mr. & Mrs. Kohen: thank you for choosing our little piece of history as the place you began this chapter of yours. We hope when you look at these photos years from now, you can still remember exactly how this day felt. 🤍

There are some places you build from the ground up.

And then there are places you're lucky enough to become a small part of. 🤍

Factory at Potato Chip has been standing here, collecting stories, for generations.

Long before there were weddings in the barn, flowers filling the gardens, music playing across the property, or couples walking through our gates imagining their future here, this place had a life of its own.

It was a working potato chip factory. A family built a business here. People worked here, dreamed here, raised families here, and left behind pieces of a history that we're still discovering and preserving today.

That's something we never want to lose.

We love making this property more beautiful. We love watching the gardens grow and finding new ways to use these incredible old spaces. We love seeing a bride getting ready in the house or standing back and watching a barn that's been here for generations fill with people celebrating a brand-new marriage.

But underneath everything we've created, we still want this place to feel like this place.

The old wood matters. The imperfections matter. The newspaper clippings matter. The stories of the people who came before us matter.

We're not trying to erase its history and turn it into something new.

We're trying to take care of it while giving it another chapter.

And maybe that's one of the things we love most about Factory at Potato Chip.

We have a crazy busy Fall 🍁 at the Factory this year! Almost every weekend booked, and we are so grateful!

And today was the perfect day for the most beautiful sweet couple.

We try to be as invisible as possible on these days. We’re here to answer questions, help with parking, and just make sure everything runs smoothly.

And today we got to open the curtain for the bride! It was so special and she was STUNNING. 💜

We LOVE a menu that doesn’t have to feel overly formal just because it’s your wedding.

In fact, some of the most fun weddings we’re seeing are skipping the traditional plated chicken-and-potatoes dinner and serving food that actually feels like the couple.

🌮 Taco bars with ALL the toppings
🍕 Wood-fired pizza served fresh throughout the evening
🔥 BBQ with brisket, pulled pork, mac & cheese and all the fixings
