This Wednesday is our monthly Wellness Wednesday with Claire Liddle Yoga!

Come to the countryside of Calabash, NC, within 8 minutes or so of the NC/SC boundary line and enjoy a midweek retreat and yoga experience with Claire.

Her teachings are designed for all levels, using a variety of yoga practices during this 2-hour event in a serene setting. The month of June reminds us to soften where we hold tension, strengthen where we seek support, and reconnect to the quiet center within.
