Pork In The Park BBQ Challenge

Pork In The Park BBQ Challenge Pork in the Park 2025 has been cancelled. We hope to see you again in 2026! this is a one day pork rib BBQ cook-off.

If you are a local interested in coordinating a committee to lead this event, please email us. wood, charcoal, and gas may be used but no electric smokers. meat will be furnished by the organizers on day of event. This will be a judged competition with cash prizes paid to top 4 plus people's choice. We are looking for 15 professional or amateur cookers. This event runs in conjunction with Cadilla
