8 days out from the fundraiser at Metro Motorcycle Inc. Neenah WI. Plan on stopping down for some raffles, food and drinks next week! We have some great local businesses donating raffle items. There will also be some cool bikes, trucks and cars to check out. Tell your friends!!

Member Appreciation Monday: Danny Mischler. Dan has been around the club his entire life. You could say he literally eats, sleeps, and breathes this club. A quiet contributor, he is running laps on equipment to whip the track into shape before some of us are even out of bed. After all these years, he still has a lot of pride in this organization and it shows in the compliments we receive on the track conditions. Track prep isn't just a day of race happening, it is many mornings and evenings behind the wheel of our dilapidated equipment by himself with his sweet yellow FM headphones (I imagine listening to the Barn Show).

Today was not a good day. I put a lot of faith in a program that we couldn’t make work for our situation. I hoped it would speed things up on the back end and move our grids through faster but we couldn’t catch up with data entry on the front end. And I used a bad sign up sheet that also complicated things. We hand scored everything with help yet again from Sumners and Shane with the District. I cannot thank you folks enough. To our racers, I’m sorry for the delays. We’re doing everything we can to make it better and will be better for your next race. Shane, Dee Dee, Chris, Bill….you were right. I should’ve listened. We will learn Trackside. If anyone feels they weren’t taken care of, shoot me a DM.
