We are a world class aquarium and science center located on the Burlington, Vermont waterfront.

With our pristine lakefront location, breathtaking views of the Adirondacks, sparkling aquariums, elegant indoor and open-air spaces for ceremonies, dining, and dancing, ECHO Center is one of the most memorable and unique event locations in Vermont. Happy Earth Day from Rent ECHO

We strive to maintain sustainable practices for all of our events, because we know the hospitality industry inherently creates a lot of waste. That is why we utilize reusable/compostable dinnerware, compost or consume leftover food, and focus on what’s available locally for all of our events. Fun fact: ECHO was Vermont’s first LEED-Certified Building! Not to mention with 100% of event revenue going back to science and stewardship, you can confidently know that an event at ECHO is a sustainable one.

Each event is an opportunity to inspire and engage guests in the joy of scientific discovery, wonder of Nature, and care of Lake Champlain.

Hi! I'm Ava. I love tattoos, thrifting, ballet, and pretty much anything that gets me outdoors. I have a kitty named Earl and I'm a sucker for a good spicy marg. I grew up in Connecticut, so I love exploring new places in Vermont. I can't wait to meet you and coordinate your next event here!
