Being , especially among the beauty within Horsford Gardens & Nursery, is so stimulating for a . Come delight and be inspired by the shifting evening light, the radiance and multitude of the trees and flowers’ colors, shapes and smells, and the calming energy of the land. This workshop will take an approach to self-study (writing), collective dancing (improvisation), and site-specific compositions (creating with the atmosphere, flowers and land), all within the guidance of Hanna’s prompts, instructions and scores. Great for who like to write, and writers who like to move. No prior training in either form is necessary, just a willingness to explore your own artistry.
This class is held entirely outdoors. Please come prepared with: your own water, sturdy shoes that you can dance and walk in, layers, bug spray, sun protection, journal & pen, blanket, chair or cushion as needed, kneepads as you prefer. People with walkers, canes and wheelchairs have found the property to be accessible, but please be in touch with your accessibility questions/needs.
