Perpetual Doom is proud to present the long-awaited, long-lost album from songwriter Lee Baggett: Just a Minute. A West Coast journeyman of many years and sometimes guitarist for Little Wings, Baggett casts something of an enigmatic shadow in the indie rock world. His record—an odd and inviting collection of hazy sunset tunes—feels lost in time too, drifting through the cosmic wind. Unknown in origin, recorded sometime between 1979 and last year, Just a Minute arrives just in time.

Friends! While we’re optimistic for the future, we do not feel confident things will be drastically different in May 2021 compared to where we are at today. It would simply remain impossible to safely host a full-fledged festival experience for upwards of 8,000 people, all bouncing around Winooski with a dozen-plus stages and performance spaces, etc. The next Waking Windows is supposed to be our tenth year, and we're going to return with a proper event that we're really proud of vs. trying to pull anything off that isn't our style or isn't fully safe for folks!

With that being said: After many discussions both internal and external, we’ve made the careful decision to fully push the next Waking Windows Music & Arts Festival to May 6–8, 2022. Hang in there, we'll celebrate soon 🤘❤🌤
