Mr. C's Haunted Trick or Treat Free Haunted Halloween Night Event for Trick or Treaters . Now at a new location in Burkeville, VA ! The history of this event can be traced back to when Mr. Mr.

C was a child. Growing up in New Jersey , Halloween was a big deal, mostly everyone celebrated it by decorating and trick or treating door to door . C was influenced by his mothers holiday spirit at a very young age. He began helping his mother stuff old clothes with the fallen fall leaves and placing pumpkin heads on them. ...Every year the scenes would get bigger and bigger eventually being taken completely over by Brandon in his late teens. He would transfer their small yard and porches into a haunted setting that gained a lot of popularity in his home town of Edison, NJ . As years went on Mr. C left New Jersey when he enlisted in the military and eventually settling in Prince Edward County, VA. Here he purchased a home on 2 acres and Mr.C Haunted Trick or Treat was born. Although in VA door to door Trick or Treating is not common in the country back roads he began to get a following once again. The first year a few kids the next a few more and the last season it was held it had 70 visitors ! However he was still military reserves and was deployed a couple times during the Halloween season so unfortunatly he was not able to have the event. This year (2012) he has decided to return to host the even thanks to his family , friends and volunteer actors encouragement. The event changes a little every year but it consists of multiple horror and sci-fi scenes which you are pulled through on a short hayride. Finally the event finishes up when you exit the hayride and bring your child up for the treats on a haunted porch. No age restrictions and no entry fee but a donation jar will be available if you so choose , props/costumes cost ALOT so any donations will be put right back into the event for next year This event is 100% kid safe guaranteed as Mr.C is a Prince Edward County Deputy Sheriff with a son of his own. We will hand out treats to the VERY small children before dark without having to ride the hayride because after dark the property has been known to scare small children , but it is Parents Discretion on this as there are no age restrictions. All other visitors are recommended to come after sunset for the full experience. Hope to see you there !!!!!!

Thank you to the visitors that have started driving by after sunset to see our display in Burkeville . Just a reminder that this property (123 Deems) fronts 3 roads so don’t forget to turn the corner to see more decorations . Also check out or neighbors display at 113 Deems ! Between the two of us we got a little bit of everything ! Don’t forget visit us on Halloween night when we will have live haunt actors as well !

🎃💀 THE DEAD MOURN THE DEAD… 💀🎃

It started months ago with a call from deep within the corn…

The Scarecrow awakened, and one by one, his call was answered. The children emerged from the corn. Strange figures began appearing around the property. A ghostly bride took her place in the upstairs window. Michael Myers was spotted silently watching the house. And when the moon rose, something much more animal than human awakened nearby.

But tonight… something different happened.

The dead gathered.

Not to frighten anyone.
Not to answer another call.
But seemingly… to mourn one of their own. 🪦🕯️

No one at Mr. C’s knows who lies in that grave—or why the others have suddenly gathered around it.

One kneels beside the coffin. Another keeps watch from the rocking chair. The others simply stare toward the grave…

Almost as if they’re waiting for whoever is inside to wake up. 💀

And considering everything else that has answered the Scarecrow’s call this year…

We’re not so sure we want to know what happens when it does. 😈

Mr. C’s Haunted Trick or Treat

Chapter: The Bride in the Window

Something new has appeared at Mr. C’s house… and this time, it isn’t in the yard.

Late last night, a pale blue light began glowing from an upstairs window. At first, it looked like nothing more than another Halloween decoration.

Then she appeared.

A ghostly woman dressed in a long bridal gown slowly materialized behind the glass. Her veil hung over her face, her hands rested motionless at her sides, and she seemed to be staring down at anyone who passed the house.

No one remembers seeing her enter.

No one has seen her leave.

And according to Mr. C., there’s nobody staying in that upstairs room.

The strangest part? She doesn’t stay in the same place. Sometimes she’s standing directly against the window. Other times she’s farther back in the darkness.

And occasionally…

the window is completely empty.

So when you visit Mr. C’s Haunted Trick or Treat this Halloween, don’t spend all your time watching what might be lurking in the yard.

Every once in a while, look up.

Because the Bride of Mr. C’s may already be watching you. 👻👰‍♀️

🚨 MICHAEL MYERS SPOTTED IN BURKEVILLE 🎃🔪

We’ve been warning everyone that strange things have been happening around Mr. C’s Haunted Trick or Treat as Halloween gets closer… but last night things got a little more disturbing.

A familiar figure was spotted roaming around the house and property. At one point, he was seen standing silently inside an upstairs window, staring out into the darkness.

No talking. No movement. Just watching. 😳

It appears Michael Myers has found Mr. C’s.

And if Michael is already wandering around in September, there’s no telling what else might show up before Halloween night. 👻
