Our 2026 quilt (66 x 80) will be given away at our 30th Annual Bluegrass Festival in September. Last year's theme was patriotic, while this year's theme is FALL COLORS, with each block measuring 12 1/2 x 12 1/2. We invite you to submit your block for display in next year's quilt, 2027.

The quilt was sewn together and quilted by Kathy Johnson---Janice's Quilting.

It's beautiful!!

Some changes on schedule---

Fred Spencer will play on Thursday Sept 18 at 6 and 7:30!!

New Strength will play on Thursday September 18 at 6:45 and 8:15!!

Rounder Station will play only from 6 to 7:30 on Friday night, September 19!!

🧵 Quilt Block Competition 🧵

Calling all quilters — from beginners to seasoned stitchers!

We’re excited to announce this years Quilt Block Competition where your creativity will become part of something bigger: a collaborative quilt to sell chances to help with funding the bluegrass festival.

🧷 Theme: Patriotic

📏 Block Size: 12.5" x 12.5"

📅 Deadline to Submit: Thursday, September18 at 8 PM at Log Cabin in Burkesville KY.

🏆 Prizes 1st Place $75, 2nd Place $50 and 3rd Place $25

All submitted blocks will be pieced into a quilt, to be displayed on the stage at the 30th Annual Cumberland River Bluegrass Festival.

Below is the quilt that will be displayed this year!! Chances will be sold $1 each or 6 for $5.

28th Annual Bluegrass Festival was a great success this past weekend! We want to thank all our wonderful sponsors who helps us each year to keep this going. Thank you to our talented bands that sure can entertain our audience. A big thank you to the committee that works hard thru out the year preparing, organizing and working hard the week of.
