🫐 Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls 🫐

5-Ingredient Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

Golden, flaky crescent rolls filled with a smooth cheesecake center and juicy blueberries. They’re simple to prepare and make a lovely quick dessert or sweet breakfast treat.

Ingredients

* 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
* 4 oz cream cheese, softened
* ¼ cup powdered sugar
* ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
* ¾ cup fresh blueberries

Method

1. Prepare the filling: Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
2. Shape the dough: Separate the crescent dough into triangles and place them on a lined baking sheet.
3. Add the filling: Spoon a small amount of cheesecake mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, then add several blueberries.
4. Roll them up: Gently roll each triangle toward the pointed end, keeping the filling tucked inside.
5. Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–13 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
