RECREATIONAL DRUMMING
CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE. 🥁🥁🥁
Are you in a funk and feeling like you can’t get out of it? Perhaps you’re going through a traumatic event. Feeling caught up in the covid humdrum? Your heart and mind are preoccupied with what’s going on in your life. Suddenly, your body starts reacting to the situation. Your body and mind are interconnected. So, when your mind is stressed, your body will begin to show the symptoms. What we need to do is find your good spirit and rhythm joy.
My recommendation is,
Try recreational drumming!
I offer private hand drum ZOOM instruction for beginners that will give you the tools to play in your celebrations, at drum circles, and play drums with your family and friends!

When the covid virus is over, you will be prepared to drum in parks, community events and larger gatherings.
YES! Music does make it better!
This class has an easy and friendly approach that make it fun while you learn.

Evidence based research shines a bright light on recreational drumming for reducing stress and positive mood change. No prior experience required. Beginners are welcome.
