✨ One thing about me? I’m gonna pivot and make it work 😂👏🏽

When all the fitness class slots didn’t fully book I said you know what… sometimes self-care is simply dancing the day away 💃🏽✨

So guess what?!
We’re turning those open slots into OPEN DANCE & LINE DANCING 👏🏽🎶

And honestly… I think it’s gonna make the vibe even better 🤍

This event was always meant to be about movement, joy, connection, laughter, community, and doing things that make you FEEL GOOD.

So between fitness classes we’re gonna dance, laugh, vibe out, and probably burn calories without even realizing it 😂

(Workshops include interactive experiences such as candle making, paint parties, and other creative or hands-on activities)

✨ Whew… Saturday is almost here 🤍✨

And honestly? I’m emotional, excited, nervous, grateful… all the things 😭👏🏽

Because at the end of the day, I’m just a small business owner and nonprofit founder trying to create something AMAZING for my community.

No huge corporation behind this.
No giant event team.
Just vision, long nights, sacrifice, faith, determination… and a whole lot of heart 🤍

And to think… I almost canceled this event after experiencing a devastating loss in March.

There were moments I truly didn’t know if I had the emotional strength to keep pushing forward.

But I’m so glad I did 🥹👏🏽

Because this event became bigger than me.
It became about community.
Connection.
Healing.
Supporting local businesses.
Creating space for people to breathe for a moment.

Stop by our Mental Health Awareness Booth during The Self-Care Expo and be part of something powerful 🤍

Our “Life Line” activity is a visual reminder that even in hard moments… none of us are truly alone.

Guests will be able to:

✨ Share reminders someone may desperately need to hear
