The Self-Care Expo: Fall Edition is happening alongside Jordyn’s Light 3rd Annual Family Fun Day & Raffle Extravaganza — so yes, there is A LOT happening in one place. ❤️💙🦋

Come early and make a whole day out of it!

Shop ’til you drop with our amazing vendors, connect with community organizations, take a fitness class, grab some food, and enjoy activities for the whole family.

For the kiddos, we’ll have a coloring table, a Buffalo Bills bounce house, and from 1–4 PM, a Mickey & Minnie meet-and-greet. 🎨🏈✨

Make sure you enter the Jordyn’s Light Raffle Extravaganza supporting pregnancy and infant loss, check out all of the amazing raffle prizes, shop some more, and stop by WNY Heat Retreat for the sauna + cold plunge experience. 🔥🧊

Then at 4:25 PM… it’s game time! ❤️💙

🏈 BUFFALO BILLS vs. LAS VEGAS RAIDERS

We’ll have the game playing inside the arena where all of our vendors are on our 85-inch screen, so you can still shop, eat, browse, and enjoy the expo without missing the game.

👉🏾 Watching inside the arena? Bring your own folding chair.

The game will also be playing inside the Pavilion, where we’ll have plenty of chairs available for anyone who wants to sit back and watch.

And if your spouse is coming strictly for football… PERFECT. 😂 Drop them off at the game, then go shop some more.

🚨 FITNESS CLASS HOSTS WANTED! 🚨

We’re looking for fitness professionals to come out and host a class at The Self-Care Expo on Sunday, October 18th! 🏋🏾‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️💃🏾

There is NO hosting fee — bring your energy, introduce the community to what you do, promote your business, and lead a fun, interactive class during the expo.

Available time slots:
11:00 AM — Available
12:00 PM — Available
1:00 PM — Available
2:00 PM — PILOXING w/ Shauntel Douglas of Not Your Average Pilates 🔥

We’re open to different types of fitness and movement classes — dance fitness, yoga, stretching, cardio, strength, bootcamp, low-impact movement and more.

Organizations must be registered and verified to qualify.

✨ VENDORS — $100
Indoor spaces are 10x10 inside Lincoln Park Arena on the field. You may use your 10x10 tent indoors. Need outdoor space? Select the appropriate option on the vendor application.

Vendor categories will close as they fill so we can keep a diverse mix of businesses instead of having too many of the same vendor type.

🍴 FOOD/BEVERAGE/DESSERTS/BAKED GOODS — $100
Prepared food must be outdoors. Beverage and prepared baked goods/dessert vendors may have the option to set up inside the DFK Pavilion depending on weather. Food/beverage vendors cannot set up on the arena field. All beverages must have lids. (Prepackaged desserts/baked goods can be sold inside the arena)

🍷 MOBILE BAR — $100
Accepting b**r, w**e & w**e products (w**e slushies, etc.). No hard liquor. Vendors are responsible for obtaining the required 1-day temporary permit.

🎨 WORKSHOP HOSTS — $100
Two 3-hour Community Room slots available. Tables & chairs provided. Candle making, crafts, paint parties, DIY experiences and more!

💪🏾 FITNESS CLASS HOSTS — FREE 40x40 indoor space on turf
No hosting fee! Come showcase your class and business.
