ဘတ်ဖလိုမြို့မှာ နှစ်စဥ်ကျင်းပမြဲဖြစ်တဲ့ မြန်မာ့နှစ်ကူး ရိုးရာ အတာသင်္ကြန် ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်မှာ အားလုံးပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ဖို့ ဘတ်ဖလိုမြို့အတွင်းက မြန်မာကွန်မြူနတီအားလုံးကို လူမျိုးမရွေး ဘာသာမရွေး ကျား/မ မရွေး ဖိတ်ခေါ်လိုပါတယ်။
နှစ်စဉ် သင်္ကြန်ဖြစ်မြောက်ရေး ကော်မတီ ဖွဲ့စည်းပြီး ကျင်းပခဲ့တာ အကြိမ်ပေါင်းမနည်းရှိခဲ့ပါပြီ။ နှစ်စဉ် ကော်မတီမှာ ပါသူရှိသလို မပါသူရှိသလို လွတ်လပ်တဲ့ အဖွဲ့အစည်းတရပ်နေနဲ့ ကျင်းပနိုင်အောင် ကျိုးစား ခဲ့ကြတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
မြန်မာ့ယဥ်ကျေးမှု ဓလေ့ထုံးစံ အတာသင်္ကြန်ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် မြန်မာပြည်သား မည်သူမဆို လွပ်လပ်စွာ ပါဝင်နိုင်ရေး တန်းတူ ပြောခွင့်ဆိုခွင့် အကြံပြုခွင့် ပါဝင်ခွင့် ဆောင်ရွက်ခွင့် ရရှိနိုင်ရေးတို့ ကို အလေးထားပြီး နှစ်စဉ်နှစ်တိုင်း ဖြစ်မြောက်ရေး ကော်မတီကို ပြန်လည်ဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့ကြတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
အခုနှစ်မှာလဲ အများပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်တဲ့ ကော်မတီတရပ်ဖြစ်စေဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ပြီး မတ်ချ် ၁၅ ရက်နေ့ တင်္နဂနွေနေ့မှာ public meeting လူထုတွေ့ဆုံပွဲ ပြုလုပ်မည် ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း ကွန်မြူနတီအကျိုးမျှော်၍ နှိုးဆော် လိုက်ရပါသည်ခင်ဗျာ။

We would like to invite all members of the Burmese community in the City of Buffalo to come together and participate in organizing the 2026 Traditional Myanmar New Year Thingyan Festival, which is held annually in Buffalo. Everyone is welcome, regardless of ethnicity, religion, or gender.
Over the years, the Thingyan Organizing Committee has been formed, and the festival has been successfully held many times. Each year, some individuals have served on the committee while others have not, and efforts have been made to organize the festival as an independent community initiative.
As Thingyan is a cherished Myanmar cultural tradition, we have consistently prioritized ensuring that any Myanmar national can freely participate, with equal rights to speak, propose ideas, contribute, and take part in organizing. For this reason, the organizing committee has been reconstituted every year to promote inclusiveness and equal participation.
This year as well, with the aim of forming a broad-based and inclusive committee, a public meeting will be held on Sunday, February 22. We warmly encourage all community members to attend and participate for the benefit of the community.
