DID YOU PAY FOR EARLYBIRD REGISTRATION FOR SOTA 2019?

We are very pleased to announce that Donna Van Toen's family is now in a position to offer refunds to those who prepaid for SOTA Astrology Conference 2019. I (Wendy Guy) have been asked to oversee this process on their behalf.

⭐️ DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 18, 2020. Requests after this date will be declined.

⭐️ For the estate records, proof of payment is required. (Receipt for cash/check, and also proof that your check was cashed. Some checks received by Donna may not have been deposited before Donna passed.)

⭐️ Refunds will be issued via PayPal, if possible.

To submit a claim or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Wendy Guy via email at [email protected] BEFORE December 18.

Please share widely, online, by email or organization newsletters. If you know of anyone not on social media who may qualify, please ask them to contact me.

As many of you are aware, conference chair Donna Van Toen passed away last year. As a result, SOTA 2019 has been canceled. At this point in time, a 2020 conference is up in the air. Thank you for honoring the space around this conference for Donna's family. Please watch this space for any updates.

As most of you know, our beloved conference chair Donna Van Toen passed away last year. Many of you have asked about the status of SOTA 2019. As of right now, the SOTA staff is allowing all the time and space needed for Donna's family to grieve and process. We will let you know any updates on the conference as soon as we receive them.

We appreciate your inquiries and dedication to SOTA! For now, let us continue to celebrate Donna's memory, legacy, and contribution to our community.
