Music Is Art is taking over Terminal B today, September 12th!

Know Before You Go:

-All guests are required to enter through one of the three security check points. All bags and guests are subject to search. Terminal B prohibits any item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by security, including but not limited to weapons of any kind, outside alcohol, air horns, fireworks, laser pointers, and illegal drugs/drug paraphernalia.

-Parking can be found in the Terminal B lot for $10.00 at 875 Fuhrmann Boulevard; street parking may also be found along Fuhrmann Boulevard. Ride-sharing is also encouraged. The designated pick-up location is at 575 Fuhrmann Boulevard.

-This event is FREE and open to the public.

While the Buffalo Naval Park's ships will be closed on Friday for the annual 9/11 Day of Service, there is a special opportunity to tour the world’s oldest active fireboat!

Immediately following tomorrow's 11:00 AM ceremony honoring the 25th anniversary of September 11, the historic Fireboat E.M. Cotter will dock near the Vietnam Memorial at the Buffalo Naval Park.

The community is invited to explore this living piece of maritime and first-responder history with public tours running until 5:30 PM. Admission is ticketed, and every dollar raised directly benefits the ongoing preservation of the E.M. Cotter and the Buffalo Naval Park. Don't miss this unique, hands-on opportunity to step aboard a true local treasure!

Please be advised that the Buffalo Naval Park ships will be closed on Friday, September 11.

9/11 marks our largest day of volunteerism! Around 150 incredible National Grid employees are bringing their professional skills in welding, painting, electrical work, and carpentry to support our ongoing restoration efforts. They will be joined by hard-working teams from Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York, M&T Bank, and HARCAT Welding, bringing our total volunteer count to over 200 people. We are incredibly grateful for their community spirit and can't wait to see what they accomplish!

While the ships are closed for the annual 9/11 Day of Service, our Gift Shop will remain open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We also invite the community to join us for a special 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony marking the 25th anniversary of September 11. The ceremony begins at 11:00 AM near the Vietnam Memorial. This event is completely free and open to the public. It will feature remarks from community leaders, elected officials, first responders, and leadership from National Grid and the Buffalo Naval Park.
