It’s back! Join us for the 3rd annual TRACK or TREAT!

Sunday 10/25 2:00-3:15PM (yes, it’s the Bills’ bye week) at the Snyder Field House in Williamsville.

Participants rotate through event stations, learning and competing in each event. After trying each one, participants earn candy and treats. Events include sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws, and (weather permitting) cross country. For ages 3-12.
Runnable costumes encouraged! Please bring a bag for candy and treats.

If you’d like to join us this Fall, our practices start next week! Our Elite groups are open to dedicated athletes of all abilities who are looking to excel in sprints, jumps, hurdles, throws, or distance running. Come improve endurance, speed, power, and field event technique in our year-round training groups. Great for athletes looking to prepare for the indoor track season!

The Queen City Mile
Congratulations to our own Elise Brady for winning top female in the Kids’ Race with an impressive 5:51! And congratulations to everyone who ran hard and crossed the finish line, especially those who earned shiny new PRs.

Pictured are a bunch of club team athletes, campers, and coaches who raced hard and volunteered at the event.

Thank you to the hardworking thequeencitymile organizers and volunteers for putting on a perfect event. It was one of those nights that make you appreciate how great Buffalo is.
