It’s been an honor to welcome more than 1,800 attendees to the 2026 Williams Syndrome Association Annual Convention at the Buffalo Convention Center this week.

Throughout the event, attendees have come together to learn, connect, celebrate, and create unforgettable memories, both at the Convention Center and throughout our city.

Thank you to the Williams Syndrome Association for choosing Buffalo. It has been a privilege to be part of such a meaningful event!

Setting the stage for !

The New York State FFA Convention is back at the Buffalo Convention Center this week, welcoming more than 2,000 FFA members, advisors, and guests from across the state.

Throughout the week, students will compete in Career and Leadership Development Events, connect with agricultural professionals and colleges, attend workshops and tours, and celebrate the hard work and dedication that shape the next generation of leaders.

Yesterday, members also came together to assemble 1,000 to-go meal kits for using donations from .

We remember. 🕊️

On May 14, 2022, our community experienced an act of hate that took 10 beloved lives, injured others, and changed Buffalo forever.

Today, we remember those we lost and stand with their families, loved ones, and Buffalo's Black community. We also recognize the strength, resilience, and leadership that continue to guide us forward.

This day remains a call to reflect, to listen, and to continue the work toward a more just and equitable community for all.

We remember. We honor. We move forward together.
