It has been a pretty fun holiday weekend so far in the Upper Arkansas River Valley. UpRiver Fly Fishing owner got out for some family float fishing time with Emmett!

Flows are low but the fishing is outstanding! Fish were caught on streamers, nymphs and even throwing double dries! It doesn't get much better than that.

Another outstanding day on the Arkansas River!
Our guide got his clients on a bunch of fish yesterday. Lots of fish rising to BWOs in the afternoon. We are so dang lucky to live and guide on this river.
