is BACK‼️

Say hello to Barry, who’s hanging out conveniently close to our board President, right next to the Buckhannon Fire Department. 🚒

He said he LOVES our ‘Strawberry Safari’ theme this year, and wanted to show his strawberry spirit by hanging onto a very special strawberry. 🍓

He asked our friends at the Buckhannon Police and VIPS to help him keep it safe, so they’re keeping a watchful eye out. 👀

Barry got into some antics last year, so stay tuned. We’re sure he’s already up to something. 😅

If you’re at the Mountain State Forest Festival today, keep an eye out! 👀

We’re supporting our friends in Elkins today and showcasing our 2026 Royalty. 👸

Our usual floats were heavily damaged during the recent flooding, but HUGE thanks to Patriot-Arc Welding & Fabrication who ensured we were still able to show up in our sister city today. 🤜🤛

If you haven’t yet, check out the Mountain State Forest Festival this weekend! 🍁

Ever wonder why those West Virginia berries just taste more ✨SWEET✨?

It’s because of the pride, love and care put in by our neighbors during a fruitful harvest. 🌱

At , we follow the same rules. We know you expect nothing but the best, and that’s what we deliver. ✨

From our social media to print productions; from marketing and advertisement; all the way to nearly every detail of our events: it’s all us. 💪

Just like the farmers, our volunteers work hard to ensure every detail of our festival is produced as authentic and sweet as possible. 🍓

Give our volunteers a hand! If you know them, tag them in the comments! 🤝

A seat at the table for the Sweetest Festival in West Virginia! 🍓

This week, Board President Shane Jenkins spoke at the West Virginia Governor’s Conference on Tourism on the panel "A Seat at the Table: West Virginia Fairs and Festivals." 🪑

The panel gave fair/festival leaders across the state an opportunity to share the behind-the-scenes hard work, challenges, and dedication required to run these tradition-rich events annually. 💪

We are proud to see the Strawberry Festival showcased as a premier West Virginia tradition and recognized as one of the state’s finest! 🍓

HUGE shoutout to West Virginia Tourism for recognizing our industry as a part of the record-setting numbers across the state. 🙌

And an even bigger shoutout to Upshur County Visitor Center for their incredible ongoing partnership. 🤝
