Year End Points - Pleasure

Members will have until 9/27, to review points and complete their volunteer hours for year end awards.

ANY and ALL questions or concerns need to be messaged before 9/27 so we can finalize the year end point standings.

Well…..2026 season is in the books. BIG thank you to every member and non member that showed up for the shows, hope ya’ll had a great time!! It was great seeing a lot of new faces and making new horse friends this season. We hope that everyone will return for the 2027 season, and bring your friends!! We just want to send a great big THANK YOU to our grounds crew chairman Tim Wregglesworth!! Tim was there every week making sure the arenas were conditioned as best as they could be. Besides the dragging before and during shows he made sure fences were fixed and water leaks, from the ancient water system that runs under the grounds, were repaired. It’s an old cliché that “we couldn’t do it without you “ but in this case it’s true. Thanks so much Tim and if you see him around town be sure to Thank him. We wish everyone a great winter and KEEP RID’N. See ya’ll next year!!!

🚨 PLEASE remember our grounds are member owned and private property.

We are not open to the public outside side of our monthly horse shows.

Just like your residence, we ask that our grounds are respected and that no one trespasses.

This includes driving, walking and riding 4wheelers, etc on the property, it is a huge liability and can not occur.

If you’d like to check out the grounds, please do so during one of our scheduled public events.

Once again we want to support our 2026 Youth Members participating at the Berrien County Youth Fair!

If you are a 2026 Buchanan Westerners Member and have a market animal you’re taking to the Berrien County Youth Fair, we want your info!

Please submit your information with a buyer letter and we will randomly choose Members to support during this years BCYF auction!

To be considered, letters must accompany submissions, please type or attach your letter below.

DEADLINE IS 8/12 at midnight.

Our next show is this upcoming weekend, August 8-9!

It will be show clothes optional and we will have Bair Country Coffee Co joining us with their delicious drinks on Saturday!
