The ole flower shack is open today!!!!! We gave the field a rest this week and it was gracious in what it gave us. Come on out get some of these beautiful flowers!!!! This time of year is when the first frost sneaks up on us. Sometimes the field is not affected but it’s all up to Mother Nature. We will keep ya all updated. Have an awesome Saturday

Flowers are out! Sunflowers are sadly getting harder to find in the field. I made this sunflower bouquet a week ago and struggled to find all of these blooms and now our main field is almost done. You will find mainly dahlia bouquets from here on out, with the last of our sunflowers mixed in. Have a fantastic weekend and thank you for supporting our family farm 🫶🌻. For those of you wanting seed heads direct message us to coordinate.

This little guy was hitchhiking on a Sunflower Steve sunflower. We have seen lots of them on the farm throughout the years but never a young praying mantis. Apparently it symbolizes harvesting joy, but also a need to protect and nurture the fragile new beginnings that are currently taking root in our lives. No pressure! 😂 Sunflower season suddenly shifted and we can see the end of the season coming so enjoy them while they last; available in our roadside stand or message us for custom orders.

The sunflowers are still going strong!!! Every growing season is different and there are so many variables that are out of your control as a farmer. This summer wasn’t as hot so some of them bloomed later than expected, and we planted more successions in order to extend the season which means we don’t have to say goodbye to them yet 🤗. Come grab a bundle of sunshine for your weekend!
