We're aiming for record-breaking participation this year and an unforgettable day on the River's Edge Trails--the BEST Trails around! This is a fundraiser for our BHS Track and Field Program. Over the years, with funds raised, athletes are now training with state-of-the-art equipment, including a secure new storage shed, new high jump standards, new high-performance starting blocks, and eight cutting-edge timing chips. Every dollar directly translates into empowering our athletes and building a stronger program.

Hey REEC'ers! Only a week away from the oldest road race in Frederick County, The Forest of Needwood! All proceeds go to our scholarship program for Brunswick High running athletes! So hit the register button and get your butt out to Catholic Church Rd on 3/14/2026!

THE FOREST OF NEEDWOOD RACE is on Saturday March 14, 2026. It includes the following events: 5 Mile Run Adult (19 and older (race day age)) and 5 Mile Run Youth (18 and under (race day age)).
