What a fun and festive day on the courts at our 3rd Annual "Dinko" de Mayo celebration! More than 70 players and guests joined us for a morning filled with great pickleball, delicious Mexican dishes, and wonderful fellowship. The courts were alive with energy as participants proudly displayed their Team Spirit and competed in our always-popular "Dinko" Team Tournament.

The competition was fierce, and the scores were incredibly close throughout the day. Congratulations to our Pink Team for bringing home the coveted "Dinko" championship with an impressive team score of 9.20!

Final Team Standings:
🥇 1st Place – Pink Team: 9.20
🥈 2nd Place – Blue Team: 8.81
🥉 3rd Place – Green Team: 8.74
🏅 4th Place – Red Team: 8.59

A special thank you to everyone who brought food to share, participated in the tournament, and helped make this event such a success. Events like these remind us that North Glynn Pickleball is about much more than competition—it’s about friendship, fellowship, and building a strong pickleball community.

We appreciate everyone who came out and made our 3rd Annual "Dinko" de Mayo one to remember. We are already looking forward to next year's celebration. Until then, we'll see you on the courts!

Register for our Intermediate Pickleball Bootcamp!

Ready to take your game to the next level? If you have the basics down and want to improve consistency, strategy, shot selection, and overall confidence on the court, then our Intermediate Pickleball Bootcamp is for you! Join us for three weeks of focused instruction designed to help strengthen your skills and elevate your level of play.

Participants will work on a variety of drills and game situations while learning strategies that can immediately be applied during play. We will focus on improving shot ex*****on, court positioning, consistency, decision-making, and overall game awareness. Whether you want to become a stronger recreational player or prepare for more competitive play, this bootcamp will provide valuable instruction and plenty of opportunities to practice.

📅 Dates: Three consecutive Thursdays — June 11, 18, and 25
⏰ Time: 8:00am–10:00am
💲 Cost: $75

Come ready to learn, improve, and enjoy time on the courts with fellow pickleball players in a fun and encouraging environment. Spots may be limited, so be sure to register early through the Glynn County Parks & Recreation website to reserve your place.

IT'S TOMORROW!! Weather looks good. The forecast is cloudy with no rain. Hope to see you tomorrow!!

Due to inclement weather, our “Dinko de Mayo” event has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 30.

With vacation schedules, graduations, and the holiday weekend, this was the only remaining Saturday available in May.

To support the brave firefighters working tirelessly to extinguish the fire in Brantley County, the North Glynn Pickleball Group donated over $300 worth of much-needed supplies. We are grateful for their dedication and courage during this challenging time.

What a wonderful day of fellowship as we celebrated National Pickleball Month! We were honored to recognize our Founding Members—the individuals who introduced pickleball to North Glynn and helped grow it into the vibrant community we enjoy today.

We had 84 enthusiastic players in attendance, and while the food was enjoyed by all, the true highlight was the incredible fellowship and fun shared on and off the courts.

Our Team Tournament was exciting and extremely close! Congratulations to our winning team:

🏆 1st Place – Blue Team with a score of 9.032
🥈 2nd Place – Green Team with a score of 8.631
🥉 3rd Place – Red Team with a score of 8.389
🎉 4th Place – Pink Team with a score of 8.340

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the day so special. It’s moments like these that make our pickleball community truly something special!

Because of the tremendous success of our Spring Golden Isles Classic, on March 7 & 8, the North Glynn Pickleball Group was honored to present a $3,000 check to Victoria and Hernan Stutzer, one of the 2026 Champions for Safe Harbor’s Champions for Children Campaign. It was truly a joy to contribute to such a meaningful cause and support a benefactor who makes a lasting impact in our community.
