Join us for a Bourdain Day Instagram LIVE event this Thursday to honor the life and work of Anthony Bourdain, and to raise funds for the charity he worked with for over 10 years, the Bronx Letters Foundation

TUNE IN + JOIN US FOR A COCKTAIL
During the live event, this Thursday, June 25, 5-6 pm, George Motz will make a set of eclectic regional hamburgers and Allen Katz will make specialty cocktails with a brand new New York Distilling Co Single Barrel Ragtime Rye selected by George. Every bottle is autographed, with a portion of proceeds going to Bronx Letters.

Join us for a cocktail! The first 25 bottles are available for pre-order starting RIGHT NOW to NY State residents. Make a purchase by Sunday night, June 22 at 11:59pm, and receive your delivery prior to the June 25th event to join George, Allen and I to open and taste the very 1st bottles in real time. (Outside NY, you can order starting 6/25)

During the event, viewers will be encouraged to make donations. Those with the highest donations will be able to select the the next burger or cocktail that gets made LIVE. A huge shoutout to our friends at In The Raw, who just made a $5000 donation!

The 2019 Food Film Festival kicks off today! The films in the festival compete in 5 categories: Best Short Film, Best Super-Short Film, Best Food P**n Film, the Bloomberg Made In New York Award, and the Audience Choice Award. Winners in each category receive the coveted Slotted Spoon Award! This year’s judges include Brad Farmerie of Saxon + Parole, Laurence Kretchmer of Bold Food, prolific cookbook author Gabrielle Langholtz, entertainment veteran Matt Blank (former Chairman and CEO of Showtime Network), and Mark Rosati, Culinary Director of Shake Shack.
