"Chalk It Up!" An Art Festival

It's time to announce the theme for Chalk It Up 2026! 🛣️🎶🎨

"Road Trip Playlist: Sights and Songs" pays homage to the Route 66 Centennial while also celebrating all journeys taken on the road. This year, every chalk drawing will be inspired by either a specific location and/or a piece of music. We'll even have QR codes so you can listen along to the Chalk It Up playlist! 🎶

Ready to compete? All ages 6+ can compete in our 2-day festival for a chance at cash prizes. Watch this space! All festival applications will go live by June 1st or earlier.

Our chalk artists were phenomenal this year! Here’s the winners from this year’s 2025 Chalk Art Competition under the theme “Sweet Dreams and Night Scenes”.

We have added a new performer to tonight's schedule. We will kick off entertainment at 5pm with Randy Brumley.

This weekend's live entertainment stage can be found on the lawn between Arts@302 and AVB Bank. Folding chairs will be available. All are welcome to bring their own seating as well! It's almost time to CHALK IT UP! See you at 5pm! ✨

🌧️WEATHER UPDATE☀️: Attention artists, vendors, and festival goers, the Chalk It Up committee will be closely monitoring the weather before and during the festival. Right now, we will continue the festivities as planned!

In the event of rain/inclement weather, we will adjust chalk artist schedules the best that we can. We can't wait to kick off the weekend tomorrow at 5pm! ✨
