Fall, Halloween, Toledo Bend, Texas, lake life and a few fun ones mixed in — I’m bringing a little bit of everything. ❤️

🍂 AUTUMN IN THE HILLS — VENDOR INFORMATION 🍂

We’re excited to have you join us for the Autumn in the Hills Pumpkin Patch & Fall Festival!

📅 Saturday, September 26, 2026
📍 Ironosa Hills
907 Buckanan St.
Broaddus, TX 75929

⏰ VENDOR CHECK-IN & SETUP:
6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Please arrive early enough to have your booth completely set up and ready before the festival begins. Our event staff will be available to assist you to your booth space. Assignments made based on the order registration was paid.

***Absolutely NO PARKING in the vendor area please***

Restrooms: We have designated restroom for vendors only.

🚗 TEAR DOWN:
4:30 PM

Please do not begin tearing down before 4:30 PM unless you have spoken with us beforehand. This helps keep the vendor area safe and looking great for our guests throughout the day.

☀️ WHAT TO BRING

Please come prepared for an outdoor East Texas event. The weather looks very favorable. We recommend bringing:

• Canopy/tent
• Tent weights or anchors
• Heavy-duty outdoor extension cords
• Fan
• Generator, if needed
• Chairs
• Sunscreen
• Plenty of water
• Tables, displays, signage, and other supplies needed for your booth

⚡ Electricity: Available on a limited basis. If you are using electricity, please bring your own heavy-duty outdoor extension cords and make sure you have enough length to reach your assigned connection. Electric outlets are 10@-150 feet from vendor rows. Generators are permitted on the premises. Be sure to let us know at check in if you intend to use a generator.

⚠️ Canopies: Please make sure your canopy is properly secured with weights or anchors. Weather and wind can change quickly.

As of this date and time, we have 43 registered vendors.

We’re looking forward to a fantastic day and appreciate each of you being part of Autumn in the Hills! 🍁We could not do this without our vendors. We wish all of you a very successful and safe day.

🍂🎃 AUTUMN IN THE HILLS UPDATE — THE FESTIVAL IS STILL ON! 🎃🍂

We’re just 3 DAYS AWAY from Autumn in the Hills at Ironosa Hills!

We have one important update to share: Due to the current burn ban, we will unfortunately not be able to host the fireworks show as originally planned.

While we’re disappointed, the safety of our community and surrounding property comes first. The good news is that we still have a BIG day of fun planned! ❤️
