Yesterday, March 14th, we held the 2026 17th Annual RPS Bristol’s Big Bench Competition at the Retro Fitness of Fairless Hills. The RPS Bristol’s Big Bench has come a long way since its founding in 2010 on Mill Street in Bristol Borough, PA. Every year seems to get better and better, and this year proved that. We are so grateful and thankful to our Lifters who came out to compete yesterday, some came from as far as Ohio. Congratulations to all of you! You trained hard and pushed your strength to the limit!
