Bright Community Virtual Festival 2020
For the first time in 4 decades, we had to cancel The Bright Community Festival and The Bright Parade due to on-going COVID-19 concerns. This is a great disappointed to the members of the Fire Department and the Bright Community. With growing COVID concerns and the Governor’s decisions to extend restrictions for safety, we feel it was the right thing to do for the health and safety of our community. We searched for a way to connect with the community and try to provide an opportunity for families to still enjoy the Saturday evening we would normally be at the festival, while staying safe. We are pleased to announce the first Bright Virtual Festival. With the help of a few community members, SOL Records and NOW Broadcasting, we were able to find the sponsorships to allow for a Live Streaming Event of The Danny Frazier Band that will take place on Saturday, July 25th from 8 to 11 pm. A link to BrightFestival.Live will be on The Bright Community Festival page for access as the Music starts. We will be recognizing our many great sponsors of this event, as we could not have done this event without their generous support.
