YOUTH TRACK AND FIELD
An early “heads up” on two opportunities for youngsters to participate in youth track and field activities this summer. First, a new “Trojan Youth Track and Field Clinic,” to be held at the Bridgewater-Raynham High School track: two sessions, July 20-23 and July 27-30, 8:30 to 12:30, serving grades 2-8. A huge thank you to all of the participants and families from the BR Youth Road Race for your generosity! Through cash donations and Venmo contributions, we were able to donate $400 to the Bridgewater MA 4th of July Committee ($155 on Venmo and $245 in cash).

Your support helps keep this great community tradition going, and we truly appreciate everyone who chipped in!

Here are the official race results for the BR Youth Road Race on May 17th!

We did have two runners who weren’t wearing their race bibs, so if your student participated and doesn’t appear in the results, please reach out. We’ll be happy to get them added in. Thanks again to everyone who came out and made it such a great day!

An informational email went out last night to all participants after online registration closed. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder or click on the link below to view.

Key takeaways:
> Bib pickup is from 12:45 to 1:45pm today inside the high school's main entrance. Please arrive at the school by 1:15pm to ensure enough time to check-in. The earlier the better so your runner(s) get their shirt and size while supplies last.
> We are not able to offer day-of registrations.
> Bibs must be pinned on the front of your runner(s) shirts to be visible to the timers.
> Announcements at 1:50pm.
> Grades K-2 race starts at 2:00pm. Parents can run alongside the younger kids, but only the students should cross the finish.
> Grades 3-5 and 6-8 races will both start together at 2:20pm.
> Water and Gatorade available at the finish. Come hydrated!
> Scan the QR code on the race bibs for race results.
