Entered by her proud daddy, Marilyn brings youthful energy and raw instinct to the track. When she's not chasing down the competition, she's chasing squirrels and playing ball — so she's had plenty of practice. Her prey drive is real, and her speed is natural.
But every champion has a softer side. After the race, you'll find Marilyn right where she belongs: curled up in her daddy's lap, resting up for the next run.

Gus’s motto? “Why race when you can flirt?”
Will he cross the finish line first?�Maybe. Maybe not.�Depends on how many fans stop to give him attention along the way.
But one thing’s for sure — no dog on the track will have more confidence, more charm, or more tail wags per minute.

Introducing Beaux H. ⚾
6 years old. Seasoned athlete. Professional ball guy.
If it's round, Beaux H. is already chasing it. Footballs, tennis balls, soccer balls — doesn't matter the sport, doesn't matter the size. If it moves, he's locked in. If it bounces, he's gone.
Which brings us to the race.
See, while other dogs are thinking about the finish line, Beaux H. is thinking about what's past the finish line. Is there a ball out there? Because if there's a ball out there, Beaux H. will find it first.
Six years of chasing things down has a way of making you fast. Just saying.
He may be the most experienced athlete on the track. He's definitely the most motivated. And on June 26, all that ball-chasing energy is pointed in one direction.. 🌭💨

Introducing Paysoń. 🏆

5 years old. Dapple dachshund. Certified Mardi Gras racing royalty.
In case you forgot — and trust us, SHE hasn't — Paysoń took 3rd place at the 2024 Southeast Texas Mardi Gras Race. She's got the résumé, the competitive fire, and the low-to-the-ground aerodynamics to back it up.
Her training regimen? Strategic napping under blankets to conserve energy. Targeted sunbathing for peak performance conditioning. And an unshakeable belief that this year, the podium goes up.
3rd place was the warmup. Bridge City is the main event.
Racers, consider this your warning: Paysoń is coming, she's motivated, and those little legs are NOT playing around. 🌭💨

Meet Dharma. 🐾
She's 3 years old, long-haired, and absolutely stunning in blonde — and she wants you to know she is NOT here to compete. She's here to connect.

Dharma's motto? "Paws-itive vibes only."

While other dogs are out there chasing times and training for glory, Dharma's busy doing the real work: making friends, wagging at strangers, and reminding everyone that finishing first doesn't mean you had the most fun.
Will she cross the finish line? Probably. Eventually. On her own terms.
Could she win? That's not really the point, is it?

Does she have the best hair on the track? Absolutely. Zero contest.
