We are pleased to welcome Lucas Buchholz to Sage Freight as Vice President, Sales. With more than 14 years of logistics leadership experience, Lucas brings a proven record of building high-performing sales teams and supporting Fortune 500 customers while delivering meaningful revenue, profitability, and volume growth.

His experience spans truckload, LTL, drayage, heavy haul, expedited freight, and final-mile solutions. Lucas is known for developing long-term commercial strategies and partnering closely with Operations, Pricing, Capacity, and Technology to improve customer outcomes, strengthen sales ex*****on, and build lasting customer relationships.

Lucas resides in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, with his wife, Katie, and their daughter, Harper. Please join us in welcoming Lucas to the Sage Freight team.

We are excited to announce that Ajay Rupramka has joined Sage as our new Vice President of Sage Truckload.

Ajay brings more than 20 years of experience in the trucking industry, along with extensive knowledge and expertise in dedicated fleet solutions and offerings. His industry experience and understanding of dedicated operations will be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow and strengthen our truckload business.

In his new role, Ajay will lead Sage Truckload and help drive our strategy, operational ex*****on, and continued expansion of our dedicated fleet capabilities.

Ajay currently resides in Chattanooga, TN with his wife Crysta and two sons. We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to the experience and leadership he will bring to Sage Truckload.
