🎨 Student Enrichment Day at the Texas Arts & Music Festival! 🎶

In celebration of our 10th annual festival, we were thrilled to welcome over 100 students from Brenham ISD and Bellville ISD to Downtown Brenham’s Fine Arts District for a day filled with creativity and inspiration!

Students participated in three hands-on art workshops, met local artists, explored Brenham’s vibrant downtown murals, and even got a sneak peek at the TAMF Juried Art Show.

A special thank-you to our incredible instructors and artists:
✨ Stephen Henry, muralist and Lead Art Educator at Brenham High School, for leading the plein air workshop and sharing his mural process.
✨ Doug Peck Studio, local artist and professor at Blinn College Brenham Campus, for guiding students through the clay totem pole workshop.
✨ Madison Luetge, Blinn College art professor, for teaching an inspiring life drawing workshop.

Your time, talent, and mentorship made this an unforgettable experience for our young artists! 💚

Downtown Brenham comes alive this weekend with a full lineup of art, music, shopping and community fun:

• Three muralists creating new large-scale art right on the walls of Downtown Brenham

• Live music all Saturday with Shinyribs, Shekere, and Willow Creek Junction on the main stage

• A juried art show at The Laundry Event Hall featuring local talent, live music, and refreshments

• The Art Village, packed with artists and vendors showing and selling their work (Saturday & Sunday)

• A live art demo Saturday near the Art Village

• An art silent auction at Haak Winery running all weekend (Friday–Sunday)

• Brenham Children’s Chorus performance Saturday at 2:00pm
