Yesterday was a great day! Great weather, great friends, great trail miles, and plenty of laughs. Y’all donated so much food - and enough formula and diapers for a small army of babies… The Foodline staff today was beyond ecstatic to unload the back of my truck :) We didn’t beat last year’s weight total, but imagine with all the baby stuff, it was much more valuable 💕 Thank you to all the volunteers that helped make this happen!

Well, some as**at pulled all of our course markings overnight, so the loop is sparsely marked this morning. We will replace course markers shortly, so please run with a buddy for now folks! Sorry y’all!

Caffe Perfetto is bringing coffee tomorrow morning! Please bring a cup/mug to use for yourself!

Also- if you’d like soup tomorrow, bring a mug for that too! Trying to cut back on our waste by not having so many disposable things…

Happy race week, everyone! We've been busy this week making sure the course and trailhead hangout area is ready for everyone. Thank you to all that helped with those projects over the weekend. I'm excited to see everyone this weekend! As you prepare your entry donation for this year - here are some needs/requests that the Bremerton Foodline has on their website. Today’s Trailwork party - our group of 12 spent the morning getting the Mystic Beaver loop and aid station area cleaned up for our runners! We even put together two brand new picnic tables! Big thank you to all those that helped today ❤️

Holy cow, yall! There were so many new records this year!

We had over *90* runners this year, a first ever participant completing 100 miles as part of the event(yay Dimitri!), AND a record amount of food donated! Over 1000 pounds!

Thank you for being so generous with your donations! If this trend continues, we’re going to have to rent a U-Haul next year! 😛 I’m positive these will make a difference to our local families in need this holiday season. Thank you again!
