✨Somatic Breath Therapy Workshop✨

This Saturday, Kaiilama Morris will be teaching her intro to open, healthy, conscious breathing.

This 2-hour experience is an introduction to Somatic Breath Therapy—a powerful practice to support regulation, release, and reconnection.
Through guided instruction, demonstration, and a fully facilitated breath session, you’ll explore how your breath can become a tool for healing, awareness, and transformation.

You’ll be supported to:
• Expand your capacity to meet life’s stressors and changes
• Access deeper intuition and inner awareness
• Regulate your nervous system and feel more grounded
• Release old emotional patterns and reconnect with joy

This workshop includes a 30–40 minute connected breath session with music, along with teaching on the physiology and neuroscience of breath.

Unfortunately, we are cancelling the Peace Pipe Ceremony for lack of sign ups.

We understand it's beautiful out, and people are busy and might want to relax at home before the work week.

We are not going to have Jeremy make the trek. But do know, this is a great ceremony with drumming, guided meditation, partaking in ceremony, sharing ( or not) and healing.

Hopefully, the next one on 6/21 will be well attended!

Green Mountain Ramen is mixing it up a little this weekend. Karaoke as usual tonight. Then, this Friday is a party for Ta**us energy, including live music by DiRT and PissSipper. (Bluegrass returns next week, as usual.) The Gold Bar will be open Thursday and Friday at 4pm.

Finally, if Thursday night Karaoke has been too late for you, come experience the fun on Saturday at 4pm! Simon is now presenting Karaoke on Saturdays as well, in place of Music BINGO.
