My plate is full by life is great fam 😎 What a weekend. All I can say is never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d get here… I mean first with college football, then with rugby?! Twice in a lifetime is wild 🥹

The US Rugby Foundation put on an amazing event where my friend Kerri was inducted into the HOF.

The USA Eagles took care of business on the pitch.

Hope Rogers showing exactly why she’s one of the greats of USA Rugby 🇺🇸🔥

The most-capped player in the USA Eagles setup spotted the opportunity, backed her rugby IQ, and secured the opening try against South Africa in the second test match between the sides.

A moment of experience, awareness, and class from Hope that helped set the tone for a memorable USA Eagles victory. 👏🏉

The USA Women’s Eagles salvaged a 1-1 series split in Pretoria, turning the tables on South Africa with a hard-fought 26-19 victory.

Front-rower Hope Rogers set the physical tone early with two first-half tries to give the Eagles a 14-12 lead at the break. The momentum completely shifted in the second half when Telesi Uhatafe put her speed on display, scoring a spectacular 50-meter try off the restart and adding a second off a chip and chase to push the lead to 26-12.

A late surge from the Springbok Women brought them within seven points with ten minutes left on the clock. Backed by a Player of the Match performance from Freda Tafuna, the Eagles defensive line held firm under heavy pressure to close out the win. Head Coach Jack Hanratty praised the group’s resilience and honesty during the week to fix their ex*****on and finish the tour with a victory.

Elizabeth Cook crosses for her first try in a USA Eagles jersey against South Africa at Ellis Park Stadium on July 4th! 🔥

What a moment for Cook, making an immediate impact in her debut appearance as the USA Eagles took on South Africa in the first of two matches in Johannesburg. A special day, a special try, and hopefully the first of many in red, white, and blue. 🇺🇸🏉

The Springbok Women dominated the opening forty minutes, using intense physical pressure to build a 29-0 lead by halftime. The Eagles completely flipped the momentum after the restart, locking down defensively and answering with three second-half tries. Freda Tafuna broke the shutout first, followed by two debut-day scores from Ashley Cowdrey and Elizabeth Cook. Bella Vogel slotted all three conversions to close the gap to 34-21.

🏆 Congratulations to the Paras for winning the Men’s Social Plate at Hertford 7s, Leg 3 of the 2026 LIT Super Sevens Series!

The team put together an outstanding tournament, showcasing skill, determination, and some fantastic rugby throughout the day against top-quality opposition.

A well-deserved achievement and a performance to be proud of. We look forward to seeing what the team can produce across the remainder of the Series.
