This is a video from the Inaugural Bradenton Cigar Box Guitar Festival.
This event was held in the Village Of The Arts in Bradenton, as a part of the American Cigar Box Guitar Association. It was created by Steve Arvey and Ed Kirk board members of the association in 2018.

The organization has done many similar events throughout Florida and the southeast.
