Work with a higher purpose! Christian Retreat Conference Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides lodging, dining, and meeting facilities to religious groups on our beautiful campus in East Manatee County.

This is a full time on-site position. You would be responsible for being the direct contact for groups once the sales contract has been signed. You would be responsible for fulfilling the contract by getting all the details for the group's meeting, ensure proper billing, collecting payments, verifying tax exempt status, inputting group lodging reservations, preparing room keys and welcome packets for group arrivals, working with catering menus, and working with operations departments to ensure all details of the group have been communicated and other duties as assigned by the manager.

You would be the primary point of contact for all group needs before arrival and also once they are on-site. You would be expected to work weekends and days that groups are here. There is the potential for overtime depending on the group needs.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and work well both independently and in a team environment.

Perform room setups according to diagrams and specifications from clients including tables, chairs, flip charts, etc. Also assist in house person duties in 95 room lodging facilities as requested by Front Desk and Housekeeping.

General maintenance experience or knowledge is a plus.

This position is a full time role and the hourly rate is based on the applicant's prior experience.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be available on the weekends.

You would be responsible for preparing meals for religious groups from 10-400 attendees. Cooks will assist with keeping the kitchen clean and organized and help with inventory and other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef. Starting wages up to $17/hr based on experience.
