Work with a higher purpose! Christian Retreat Conference Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides lodging, dining, and meeting facilities to religious groups on our beautiful campus in East Manatee County.
This is a full time on-site position. You would be responsible for being the direct contact for groups once the sales contract has been signed. You would be responsible for fulfilling the contract by getting all the details for the group's meeting, ensure proper billing, collecting payments, verifying tax exempt status, inputting group lodging reservations, preparing room keys and welcome packets for group arrivals, working with catering menus, and working with operations departments to ensure all details of the group have been communicated and other duties as assigned by the manager.
You would be the primary point of contact for all group needs before arrival and also once they are on-site. You would be expected to work weekends and days that groups are here. There is the potential for overtime depending on the group needs.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and work well both independently and in a team environment.
