GULF COAST ROADSHOW STATUS: Wrapped! We're finally back home after putting Vulcan SX through its paces!

Across 2 states and 3 cities, Vulcan SX logged 12+ hours of flight time and showed 9 companies 3 different payloads in action. (10 companies if you count the RC flyer at Dick Scobee Memorial Airfields who stopped over for a look.)

• Vision Aerial OGI Scout with PAM for gas leak detection
• Sony ILX-LR1 for surveying & mapping
• LYNX NDAA for thermal detection

ROAD TALLY: 1,000+ miles and 16+ hours behind the wheel

AIRPORT TALLY: 20 hours at airports, 10 different itineraries, and 5 delayed flights. Texas weather kept us on our toes! ❤️ ⛈️

Did you know that most drone manufacturers test and publish flight stats from near sea level? We do the opposite -- we test and publish stats from altitude. This means you get improvements as you get closer to sea level.

Yesterday was a beautiful day in Louisiana to fly Vulcan SX! As we continue our Gulf Coast Roadshow this week, we'll do sea level testing and see just how much improvement.

Gas leaks rarely happen where inspection is easy. They show up across large sites, around elevated equipment and in places where access slows the inspection before it even begins.

OGI Scout 2.0 puts optical gas imaging in the air with the Vulcan SX. During flight, the operator can:

• View the standard monochrome OGI image
• Select Sierra Olympia’s frame-based GEM or Aquanta Vision’s pixel-based PAM
• Refine the image as conditions change
• Use MarkPoint to mark and document the finding in real time

Detect while the aircraft is moving. Refine the image during flight. Mark the finding in real time.

OGI Scout 2.0 brings Aquanta Vision’s Pixel Analysis Mode (PAM) to Vision Aerial’s fully integrated airborne OGI system.

PAM analyzes the infrared signal pixel by pixel and colorizes gas plumes live in the operator display. It complements Sierra Olympia’s frame-based Gas Enhancement Mode (GEM), giving flight crews another practical way to inspect large, difficult or hazardous sites.

No added payload. No added weight or drag.
