A shame, this would not only have increased the bond, it would have applied to experimental drilling which can be just as damaging as the mining. Thank you Senators Mike Phillips and Christine Kauffmann for trying to protect Montana's rivers.

How long do we need to study a bad idea before we conclude it’s still just a bad idea? It’s time for her and her allies to put this outrageous idea to rest.
