Got lots of yellow squash and zucchini from a farm in Ona so I made: zucchini relish, yellow squash relish, and sweet yellow squash pickles with onions. It all turned out great!

Fermented Sauerkraut for the first time ever. Turned out really really good. Ready for some sauerkraut and hotdogs or sausage! Today I started fermenting dill pickles.
Fermented vegetables are excellent for your gut!
(Not for sale, just super proud that I am doing this kind of pickling as well)
