It’s that time of year again…The Wood County Pork Producers are gearing up for the 2026 Wood Country Fair. We wanted to give a huge thank you to all the volunteers that worked last year and made the 2025 Wood County Fair possible. We hope to see you again this year for another great time in the Pork-A-Lean stand!

This year we have an exciting change. Our shifts have changed to from two to three shifts throughout the day. The shifts are as followed: 10:30AM-2:30PM, 2:30PM-5:30PM and 5:30PM-9:30PM. Please use the link attached to sign up to work a shift!

As a reminder, all funds made (after covering operating cost) go back to junior fair show kids and their projects for both the Wood County Fair and Catch-A-Pig. Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up.

It’s almost that time of year again…

The Wood County Pork Producers are preparing for the 2026 Wood Country Fair. We have a newly built building that includes more windows, more space and A/C! A big thank you to our sponsors that helped to make this happen last year!

But just as importantly, we need the help from our volunteers to help make the 2026 fair season successful. As a reminder, all funds made (after covering operating cost) go back to junior fair show kids and their projects for both the Wood County Fair and Catch-A-Pig.

This year we are hoping to have three shifts every day. Each shift will be 4 hours long. Please be on the look out later this month for a sign up coming soon!

A huge shoutout to everyone who volunteered for a shift and supported us during the 2025 fair season! Because of your hard work, dedication, and the love for our porkalean sandwiches, we sold over 7,500 patties this year! 🐷
We couldn't have done it without the amazing team of volunteers who gave their time and energy to make it all happen.

Of course, thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy a sandwich or two (or three)! Your support means the world to us!
Here's to a fantastic fair season, and we can't wait to do it all again next year!

Huge shoutout to the first shift volunteer workers of for the new 2025 Wood County Fair pork stand (Not pictured Glenn Baden). Such a fun and excellent group who loved serving the hungry people of the fair. And man…. Those Pork-A-Leans sure are delicious!!

Don’t forget it’s not too late to sign up and work a shift. We still have some slots available and would love to have you come work in the new building too!
