On behalf of all of Animarathon, there were a few things we would like to address that occurred over this weekend.��Firstly, we sincerely and deeply apologize to those that would have needed to access the ramp for the Main Events room, and for not having that set up so that you could be on stage. It is absolutely unacceptable and we are looking into why this happened and how we can be better to ensure that everyone is able to enjoy the convention to the fullest extent.
�Also, we understand that a lot of people have gotten tickets that should not have based off of what we have been receiving on social media and what we are being told in person by attendees, rest assured that we are getting to the bottom of this to get as many of these taken care of as we can. ���if you paid and parked with your license plate facing out, have a receipt, and parked in 7B, 7C, 7D, E, F, 3, or 4, please forward your parking ticket information to [email protected] . However if you did not follow these standards, there unfortunately isn’t very much we can do other than do better in being as clear as possible with no room for doubt when it comes to parking, a lot of these changes and tickets are happening very quickly and we are working to remedy them as quickly as possible. ��We appreciate all of you, your patience, and understanding, along with hoping that you all have had an amazing Animarathon experience otherwise.
