Richelle Burnett and my latest start-up, US e-Chromic, is a cleantech company that is developing an electrochromic thin film smart window technology based on a license from DOE's National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL). Our technology transforms ordinary energy wasting windows into highly energy efficient 'smart' windows. Use of our product will reduce air conditioner usage by 25-40%. US e-Chromic is one of 14 companies nationwide to be included in the Department of Energy's America's Next Top Energy Innovator Challenge. The company receiving the most votes will be highlighted at the 2012 ARPA-e Innovation Summit to be held at National Harbor in late February. This is a huge deal for the winner!
US e-Chromic's technology is already highly regarded. It was a winner of the 2011 Rocky Mountain Region Cleantech Open business competition and was 1 of 21 Finalists (280 entrants) in the National Cleantech Open.
WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!!! PLEASE visit http://energy.gov/americas-next-top-energy-innovator-challenge and vote "Like" for US e-Chromic. Please vote soon as voting closes on Monday, Feb. 6, at 8:59 AM EST.
Thanks!!!
