Thereâs something special about the quiet before the day beginsđ¤
The hum of bridesmaids in the background,
curling irons warming up, lipstick passed back and forth, and laughter bouncing off old plaster walls
And then the softer moments of a momâs hands fixing the last pieces of her daughterâs hair, a sister stepping in close, and in the slow, careful buttoning of a dress
This restored historic space in Montana held so much character on its own. The vintage vanity, the worn floors, the way the light moved through the windows. My role was simply to curate what was already there and document it honestly. To step back. To find the angles. At one point I was literally tucked into the shower just to give them space and let the moment unfold naturally.
Thatâs always the goal for me. Capturing whatâs real while honoring the intimacy of it. Being present without ever interrupting what matters most.
