A DNF can be disappointing, but it can also be one of the most valuable parts of your training journey. 🏅

Coach Alyssa Rodriguez learned that firsthand at Leadville. After two DNFs, she took an honest look at what wasn’t working, changed how she trained, and came back better prepared.

Her third attempt? Earned her buckle in 29:06:08! 🎉

Sometimes, the difference between a DNF and a finish is having an experienced coach on your side to guide you through an intentional process! 💪🏼

Coach Duncan Callahan has been helping athletes take on the Leadville 100 Run for nearly two decades. This year, he supported Nick Walker as he took on his first 100-miler with a sub 25 hour goal. 💪🏼⛏️
