Coming from the South originally, one of the most common things I hear when deciding on a party theme is somebody wants to do XX but "make it sweet" or "keep it sweet" Meaning to take a theme and make it as age appropriate as you can (or in the Deep South sometimes even younger but that's for another post! 😂) It's not always easy without looking silly, but it's also something I think knocked out of the park with Eleanor's invitation. I love the custom portrait she created to make E the 5th Beatle and her 💗 balloon motif was used elsewhere in the party and ended up being one of my favorite tiny details! It's always great when the hostess is an super talented designer right? Also, love to display the invitation at the party! She used an inexpensive frame from to bring in the GOLD for the golden birthday!

It's always fun to plan parties with people who 💗 parties, so it was an absolute treat to help celebrate her daughter's 11th birthday. We came together and celebrated! Eleanor Rigby’s golden Beatles birthday was a success thanks to a little help from her friends. They swam in the octopus’ garden, ate Sgt. Pepperoni pizza and Here Comes the Sundaes, and had a blast with the All You Need is Slime cart.
