Back in 2021, the Blanco Bar—finished with custom faux rose quartz countertops—offered an early glimpse of where FORM was headed.

Since then, our range, craftsmanship and ex*****on have continued to evolve, fueled by the trust of incredible planners and design partners like David DiCicco.

This weekend, we returned with David for another wedding and this time at Elm Bank. 🤍
