Devon Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Pennsylvania EFDA to join our established and fast-paced pediatric practice.
We are open to both experienced EFDA candidates and recent EFDA graduates who are confident, eager to learn, and able to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure pediatric environment. Training can be provided for the right individual; however, the ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure is essential.
Our practice is built on stability and longevity. We have a single doctor who has been with the practice for over 25 years, and our hygiene team has been with us for 18 years. We are proud of the consistency and culture we have built, and we are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term position and growing with our team.
Our Ideal Candidate
You are someone who:
* Is a Pennsylvania EFDA (new graduates welcome to apply)
* Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume pediatric environment
* Can remain calm, focused, and efficient under pressure
* Is eager to learn and grow clinically if early in your EFDA career
* Has experience placing composite restorations (preferred but not required for new graduates)
* Works well with children, including those with special healthcare needs
* Is dependable, positive, and a true team player
* Takes pride in excellent clinical work and patient care
* Is seeking a stable, long-term position in a consistent and supportive practice
We Are Looking For Someone Who Can:
* Place pediatric composite restorations with confidence or willingness to be trained
* Work efficiently alongside a single, long-standing doctor
* Adapt quickly in a busy clinical setting
* Maintain excellent infection control and organization
* Communicate professionally with patients, parents, and teammates
* Handle a fast-paced schedule without becoming overwhelmed
