First and foremost we want to Thank every racer, spectator, and crew member that joined us this past weekend for the Inaugural North Vs South Classic at Mason Dixon Dragway. This amazing event would have not been possible without any of you. This was our biggest event to date in our three years of promoting. We appreciate the outpouring support from each and every one of you.
We have to thank our entire TLR Promotions team and the Mason Dixon Dragway team. They worked countless hours and all the hard work, dedication and preparation showed this past weekend. We can’t thank them enough.
Thank you to Mason Dixon Dragway for allowing us to bring two TLR Promotions events to there facility. Our staffs worked together as a well oiled machine for these events to run efficiently and smoothly.

Leading up to race weekend we had a beautiful forecast and we couldn’t have felt better about this event going into the weekend. Friday we crowned our first three champions of the weekend. Then we had an unexpected 360 turn as Mother Nature threw us a curveball Saturday morning. We were able to get down to the semis of Saturdays Mean 16 and those drivers split the $2,400 total purse. All other classes were able to complete round one of competition and we got 3/4 of the way through the re-entry round of No-Box/Footbrake&Motorcycles until mother nature decided to end our day. We were set to resume action Sunday morning but again the rain came and ultimately ended the weekend. All round one winners of all classes split the purse evenly in their class as Saturday was a completed race. All re-entry money was refunded and if you paid for a weekend entry the Sunday difference was refunded. Those No-Box/Footbrake&Motorcycles racers that won the re-entry round before the rain came were apart of their respective class split, the racers that lost the re-entry round were out of competition.
🚨🚨If you did not pick up your money(split, re-entry or Sunday entry difference) we have it at Mason Dixon Dragway and it can be picked up there. Tarrell and Ricky do have some racers money and they have been and will continue to reach out to them to get everyone squared away. Tarrell and Ricky will also be at the Mutt&Jeff Fall Brawl October 9-11 at Mason Dixon Dragway as that is the series finale of the Mutt&Jeff and TLR Promotions Championship Points Series.
We also crowned our first ever TLR(Totally Love Racing) Promotions Junior Dragster Championship Points Series Winner. Congratulations to Michael Boswell Jr. Michael is a four time TLR Promotions event winner and now he has added a Points Series Championship to that resume. Michael earned a big check, custom plaque and a Totally Love Racing Points Series Championship Hat.
