Many of you have reached out to us about the website and application page being down. Being this was over a holiday weekend we sadly could not get in touch with anyone until today. Our website administrator is currently in process of resolving the issues. Because of this incident and the inconvenience it has caused for all of you, we will be extending our applications until June 8th. Did you know there's a show in Boone tomorrow, Saturday April 18th? That's right, NerdCon returns to the campus of Appalachian State University in the Plemmons Student Union Building and it's FREE! You do not have to be a student to attend, it is open to all!

Adventura Events, LLC, the owner of Boone Comic Con does NOT ALLOW AI ART or counterfeit merchandise. Applications will be OPEN until June 1st, 2026. After this date, any application received will be added to the Wait List.

We want to give a huge heartfelt "Thank You" to everyone who came out to Boone Comic Con on Saturday! We're looking forward to doing it again and for those of you wondering when that will be, give us time. We do know it will be in October, just not sure which weekend yet. That is do to the fact that we do NOT want to compete with App State football that weekend, so we have to wait until they release their play schedule for next year.

However, the next event hosted by Adventura Events, LLC will be Wilkes Comic Con on February 28th, 2026! We hope to see you next year!
